Equipment Features
• Stable structure with excellent rigidity.
• An automatic A-axis tilting function is integrated into the machine to perform 1D linear welding at arbitrary spatial positions, covering full-range welding for all types of rail transit carbody structural components.
• The machine is fitted with high-torque spindle and high-rigidity machine bed; expandable options include constant force control, laser seam tracking, automatic start-point tool setting, as well as welding parameter collection and extraction.
