Yang Guoshun, General Manager, delivered the opening lecture for new employees. Second, broaden your vision and mindset. Align personal growth with corporate strategies with forward-looking and systematic thinking, striving for both professional excellence and holistic awareness. Third, uphold teamwork and perseverance. Embrace the core spirit of the aerospace industry, advance steadily on career paths and grow alongside the company.

From August 14 to 15, the company conducted systematic training on corporate regulations, covering daily procedures of finance, human resources, information management and workplace safety. It also laid emphasis on professional norms regarding quality management and confidentiality, helping new employees get familiar with the company's operational rules.

Senior staff shared their workplace experience and stressed the importance of a strong sense of responsibility, as well as the timeliness, closed-loop management and systematic thinking in work, offering practical guidance to new joiners. Project principals shared stories about tackling technical difficulties and tight schedules through teamwork, passing down the aerospace spirit of fulfilling missions and overcoming challenges. Representatives of new employees expressed gratitude for the care and support from the company and teams, vowing to grow steadily with enthusiasm and contribute to corporate development.

Zhang Huade, Secretary of the General Party Branch, put forward three expectations for new employees. Firstly, keep learning, thinking and innovating to enhance professional capabilities rapidly. Secondly, take initiative and fulfill duties earnestly to become reliable team members. Thirdly, strictly abide by the four bottom lines of quality, safety, confidentiality and integrity to consolidate the foundation for development.

At the end of the training, the Human Resources Department organized a variety of interactive activities. New employees wrote down their career aspirations and posted them on the "New Talent Wall" as a special memento. Four teams participated in knowledge contests to deepen their understanding of corporate businesses and rules. Personal introductions and fun games helped everyone break the ice and build mutual trust. The event concluded with commemorative gifts and a group photo for all new employees.
