At the start of the new year, Aerospace Engineering Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Honghua Group for the construction of 1000m³ FSP-LNG aluminum alloy tanks. Following the successful delivery of the world's first FSP-LNG aluminum alloy tank on March 12, 2017, this cooperation once again reflects the client's full trust in the Company and marks a new milestone for the Company in the offshore engineering sector.

Zhang Xinyun, Chairman of the Company, and Zhang Mi, Chairman of Honghua Offshore Oil & Gas Equipment (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony. Both sides agreed to cooperate sincerely and forge ahead to overcome challenges, jointly develop a new generation of reliable technologies for LNG storage and transportation, and build a renowned brand of high-end manufacturing made in China.

Natural gas consumption has maintained rapid growth since 2005. Looking ahead, the industry will feature diversified upstream development, independent midstream operation and market-oriented downstream business. In recent years, China has issued a series of policies and regulations to boost natural gas development and set clear energy conservation and emission reduction targets. The booming LNG market has created huge demand for related storage and transportation equipment. At present, major domestic state-owned energy enterprises and overseas companies have shown strong interest and purchasing intention in our FSP-LNG storage tanks.
