In 2020, the transition deadline for the OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System was approaching. In June, Aerospace Engineering Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. officially launched the planning and preparation work for the system transition to ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

From July 23 to 24, the company invited instructors from Suzhou Fangzhijian Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to deliver a two-day standard implementation training course. The instructors explained each clause of the standard in detail with practical daily cases. During the training, the company’s production staff guided instructors and participants to visit the production workshops, identify potential workplace hazard sources, and further deepen everyone’s understanding of the management system standard.

Through the two-day ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety system training, all participants have acquired a basic grasp of the standard. They are now capable of identifying potential workplace hazards and formulating corresponding preventive measures, laying a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the company’s ISO 45001:2018 system transition.
