Oil and gas pipeline storage tank total butt stir friction welding equipment, mainly used to complete the diameter of Ф3350mm aluminum alloy cylinder section ring seam welding and end caps of the ring seam stir friction welding. The equipment integrates the turning and milling processing of the end face of the storage box, storage box barrel section welding assembly, storage box ring seam stir friction welding processing and other functions with one. The maximum welding thickness of the equipment is 16mm, and the longest product after welding can reach 12000mm.

Equipment Features
1、Adopting back-drawing electric spindle to realize keyhole-free welding of cylinder section ring seam welding.
2、Adopting large rigid internal and external support fixture to realize the precise assembly requirement of cylinder section welding during the welding process and meet the requirement of large load in the process of stir friction welding.
3、Use floating mandrel to achieve the alignment requirement of each barrel section during the barrel section assembly process and overcome the problem of barrel section twisting during the welding process.
4、Using spring + lifting screw structure, it can be compatible with flexible support of different diameter barrel segments.
